Good lookin' and comfortable!

I've had these boots for over a year and can testify to their durability, comfort and good looking western style. It had been a few years since I wore cowboy boots regularly. I used ride western trail and loved the classic ladies Durango books, pointed toe and all. They were great in the stirrups and the arena. Fast forward two decades and I discovered these gems while on a birthday trip to Boot Barn. Oh my gosh, it was love at first sight. Not sure mine are the exact Powder blue; mine are actually Turquoise. Otherwise, same "n'Lace" styling complete with scalloping. I can't wear them to work, but I wear them every chance I get: On the weekends running errands around town, camping, tromping around the woods hunting or cutting firewood etc... I brush them every so often and oil them in the fall - they still look fantastic. No issues with inner or outer sole, or stitching. They fit true to size for a western boot and require zero break in. I am a solid 7.5 medium and tend to wear medium weight socks most of the time, but can wear a proper cold weather winter sock in them as well, they just feel a little more snug. If you're looking for a comfortable western boot, you cannot go wrong with these babies.

Only thing: I wish they were made in America.

When in Texas...

Im a Virginia girl, and Ive ended up down here in Texas, yet again. I cant even count the number of times Ive visited Texas over the last 30 years. Every time I come down here I feel like I need to buy some cowboy boots. (NEED being the operative word in that sentence, as I dont ride horses or live on a ranch or work on a farm...) I have just about every other kind of boot. Ive tried on a few pairs here and there. But this time I decided I wasnt leaving Texas without cowboy boots!

I knew that I wanted them to be medium-tall, and that I wanted them to be brown and turquoise (there are more aqua than light blue). Besides that, I had my hubbys credit card, and a promise that I wouldnt go crazy!

Can I start with ooh-ing and aah-ing at how adorable they are? The scallop across the bridge of the boot is the best! I was immediately impressed with how easy they were to put on and how comfortable they were. Like others have said, they are as comfortable as sneakers. I also love the rubber sole because Ill be able to wear them in Virginia when it snows!

So I finally have my Texas boots! And whats a girl to do when shes got new boots and her hubbys credit card? Go buy a new dress to wear with her new boots!

Great boots!

The color is true to the picture. The brown part does darken when you condition them. I have a pair of Corral boots that are an 11 but these fit me ok in a ten, a little tight in the toes. They are very supportive and comfortable enough to wear all day. I would say they are a little tight on my calves and I dont usually have to buy wide calf boots. The rubber sole has great traction. The holes in the upper make the boots very easy to get on. These boots are great for everything from parties to cattle shows, very versatile and durable! Very happy with my purchase!
